Hi and Welcome to my site!
My name is Donna and I grew up in a small
town just outside of Ottawa, Ontario (Capital of Canada by the way!), called Osgoode. I currently live in Nepean, Ontario and am now retired from the Federal Government.
When did my passion start?
I come from a very creative family, my grandmother was an artist and loved weaving and pottery, some of my other relatives became interior decorators and designers, photographers, architects and artists, so I guess it's in my blood.
Although I have always had a full-time job, I always pursued my passion. I studied interior decorating, home staging and color consulting with the QC Design School, Thomson Education Direct and Algonquin College. I am also a Graduate of The Staging Diva ™ Home Staging Business Training Program created by internationally known and highly successful home stager Debra Gould of Six Elements Inc.
With many years of studying and experience in the creative and artistic field, it helped me to develop a keen eye for color and design which has lead me to pursue my other passions of sewing, painting and many other creations. I started making paper florals when I was preparing for my wedding and fell upon a new passion of flower making, which I showcase here on this site.
I hope I can inspire you!
